Island Golf & Golf Real Estate
Golf and golf real estate can be had on Martha's Vineyard. The island is home to a number of golf courses, some you may never have heard of. There are the very private clubs--Edgartown Golf Club and Vineyard Golf Club. And there are the semi-private--Farm Neck Golf Club and Mink Meadows Golf Club.
And then there's the Royal & Ancient Chappaquidick Links on Chappaquidick Island. (You may need a local to find it.) Featuring nine holes of three and four par holes, the Royal & Ancient is one of the oldest courses in the country, having been established in 1887.
All of which means to say that if you're a golfer, you'll find plenty of opportunity to strike a ball when you are on-island. Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton have made a point of playing golf here, in addition to generations of vacationers and islanders alike.

Farm Neck Golf Club
The historic Martha's Vineyard island town of Oak Bluffs is the setting for Farm Neck Golf Cub. The club is set amidst Farm Neck Estates, a neighborhood of wonderfully situated residences that borders a beloved Vineyard golf course favored by U.S. presidents and traveling golfers of all skill levels.

Mink Meadows Golf Club
Mink Meadows Golf Club is a nine-hole facility that offers a challenging 18-hole layout.
Measuring 3,078 yards on the front nine and 3,139 on the back from the men’s tees, the course is in excellent condition and features rolling terrain with ocean views over Vineyard Sound to Woods Hole and the Elizabeth Islands.

Mink Meadows Golf Club has about 255 regular members, up from 225 five years ago.
The club is actively looking for new members as it is currently undergoing a generational transition with elder members leaving the fold, opening the door for the next generation.

Tashmoo Wood Homes
