That glow you see emanating from inside the saloon of the recently completed Arctic Tern is the sense of satisfaction that DIY Peter Gron is feeling from arriving at the end of his 6-year trek to the completion of his 23' sloop Artic Tern. His propane heater is also contributing to the sense of well being.
