Recent VOH Property Sales Near $7 Million Mark
Recent property sales (homes/land) by Vineyard Open House Real Estate are nearing the $7 million mark as February 2021 draws to a close. And when property under contract is included, that total jumps to nearly $8 million.
Principal Broker David Lott acknowledges that the boutique real estate firm reached that total the hard way: “While you could sell one property on the island for that amount, those sales represent eight different properties with an average selling price of just under $1 million each. That means eight different families achieved their dream of acquiring a home or property on Martha’s Vineyard. There’s a lot of satisfaction in helping so many,” he said.
