Kiawah Island, and its area-leading real estate sales company KIRE, continue to produce strong increases in sales in 2012.
Year to date, KIRE’s closed dollar volume has gained 23% over the same period in 2011 on 100 closed transactions. Of those sales, KIRE represented 81 of those buyers.
Best Month in Two Years
In May, Kiawah Island Real Estate closed $35 million in sales volume–its best single month in two years.
Homesites have shown particular strength. In 2011, 25 homesites were sold on Kiawah Island. Through May this year there have already been 28 homesite closings. KIRE procured the buyer for 25 of these. All but three were resale lots.
